The Phillips Collection.

Located in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, The Phillips Collection is America's first museum of modern art, opened in 1921. The outstanding collection includes Renoir's masterpiece Luncheon of the Boating Party, along with Impressionist paintings by van Gogh, Monet, Degas and Cézanne.
