Our Story.
Our Circle.

Welcome to 1310 New Hampshire Avenue, Hotel Madera transformed and re-imagined. Into what you might ask? Into your warm, welcoming home away from home. Your urban retreat, the haven you escape to after experiencing the energy of our neighborhood and the excitement of DC. We’ve always felt that way but now we’re all new. Small and boutique in nature, but big on space and experience, with nine huge rooms per floor, large open-air balconies, and windows that open to the eclectic city outside our doors. Much like the Dupont Circle fountain, we’re a gathering spot, an anchor in the neighborhood. We feel at once like a private exclusive club with personalized attention. A place with all the comfort and attention to detail of home. We embrace the history of the district, celebrate all that’s happening, and reflect elements of surprise and delight, just like the unexpected layers of our iconic neighborhood.
