The corner seating nook with its sofa offers an expansive view of the room. The 60sf balcony brings the inside out and fresh air and sunshine in though a full wall of east facing windows. Comfortable seating for two outside lets you take in the best that our Dupont Circle neighborhood has to offer. The mobile desk allows you to locate your workspace, or cocktail, where ever inspiration strikes, even outside. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity with more than ample counter space and storage underneath.
