Our Madera Studio Suite King Accessible with Balcony is our premier accommodation. It boasts our largest and most open floor plan. The L-shaped sectional sofa features a queen sized pullout sofa. The 60sf balcony brings the inside out and fresh air and sunshine in through a full wall of east facing windows. Comfortable seating for two outside lets you take in the best that our Dupont Circle neighborhood has to offer. The mobile desk allows you to locate your workspace where ever inspiration strikes, even outside. Mobility Accessibility features include: a large roll in shower and water closet with grab bars, roll up vanity with plenty of counter space, lowered peepholes, reduced King bed height, and accessible closets and safe, emergency strobe and siren. Rooms are hearing accessible, with addition of our complimentary alarm clock with bed shaker, visual door knock signaler, adjustable telephone amplifier, TTD, and visual ring signaler. Shower chairs and elevated WC seats are also available upon request.
