Need room for your squad? Our Madera Queen Queen with Balcony has the same footprint as our King Studio Suite, but features 2 Queen sized beds. The corner seating nook with its sofa offers an expansive view of the room. The 60sf balcony brings the inside out and fresh air and sunshine in though a full wall of east facing windows. Comfortable seating for two outside lets you take in the best that our Dupont Circle neighborhood has to offer. The mobile desk allows you to locate your workspace, or cocktail, where ever inspiration strikes, even outside. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity with more than ample counter space and storage underneath. Mobility Accessibility features include: a large roll in shower and water closet with grab bars, roll up vanity with plenty of counter space, lowered peepholes, reduced King bed height, and accessible closets and safe, emergency strobe and siren. Shower chairs and elevated WC seats are also available upon request. Rooms are hearing accessible, with addition of our complimentary alarm clock with bed shaker, visual door knock signaler, adjustable telephone amplifier, TTD, and visual ring signaler.
