Housekeeping Service at the Hotel Madera & Firefly Restaurant + Bar


Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.


Signage throughout our hotel and restaurant remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits with capacity reductions in our fitness center and restaurant are in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions have been installed at the front desk. Face coverings are optional for guests but available at the desk upon request.

Take out from Firefly Restaurant+Bar is available during its posted business hours. In-room dining is not available, Breakfast and Lunch are not currently served on weekdays.

Our brand new fitness center has free weights, 2 MATRIX Treadmills, a Peloton bike, a MATRIX Rowing Machine and a full compliment of Free Weights. The Fitness Center is available 24/7, access is controlled by your guestroom key.


In keeping with the Hotel Madera’s commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, main entrance, fitness center and front desk. We have also provided additional hand sanitizing stations, conveniently placed in all public areas, as well as on each guestroom floor at the elevator landing.

Guest Rooms

Individually sealed bags of ice are available on each guestroom floor in the freezer below the still and sparkling water station. Disposable paper cups are provided in each guestroom. Still and sparkling water is provided free of charge at these stations as well.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, our housekeeping team will enter your room to provide daily housekeeping services. If you prefer to not receive daily housekeeping service, please let us our guest services team know.
